The pharmacy adds the pharmacist or tech to their payroll for the hours specified for the assignment, whether short-term or long-term. The pharmacist and/or tech are paid as if they were a regular employee. Pharmcor Rx bills the pharmacy at a flat competitive rate on a monthly basis.
